We are one of the few firms in Florida that accepts a broad range of complex commercial litigation on a contingency fee. As in our personal injury practice, the broad range of commercials matters that we handle include diverse areas such as banking practices, contracts, business torts, and class actions.
These include all types of contract and other commercial disputes.
One area in which we handle a significant amount of cases involves disputes with insurance companies over coverage and other obligations to pay. Additionally, there is actual insurance company misconduct such as denying disability or death benefits for weak or even frivolous reasons.
Most insurance companies are respected and valuable members of our business community that provide a great benefit to our society. However, the relatively few who engage in false and deceptive practices, commit fraud, deny rightful benefits and engage in a pattern of deceit cause the public a tremendous amount of suffering.
